Returns & Exchanges

If you want to return an item, it is possible to return or exchange it 14 days after the purchase. 

Certain conditions apply for refunds or exchanges. The items must be returned in their original state. Damaged products will not be exchanged. 

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for products that were purchased on discounted prices or sales. 

Please note that shipping fees for returns will be charged to the client.
